The introduction of the book was chaired by Minister Louis Felipa Salomyo and the Judge Committee, which led to the Civil Code Reform Project (PL 4/2025), which should be analyzed this year. The board was founded in 2023 and presided over the presidency of Pacheco’s house.
The revision of the current 897 articles and the inclusion of 300 new devices in this regard is proposed. In this project, for example, there is a new chapter that deals with Digital Civil Law and stipulates the rules on the relations of technology -mediated rights.
