“We respect the recommendation of the Economic Modernization and Development Committee, which reflects the best understanding of the challenges faced by this sector, and we consider this decision as a positive step on the path of economic reform and enhance the alliance with the private sector,” Abu Agu La said.

Abu Agu Ou La called the need to allow the financial amount imposed on permit companies, especially in cases relating to the smuggling of goods implemented by people who are not directly associated with these companies.

According to the principle of contractualism and unity, the permit companies provide financial guarantees with the Customs Department, which guarantees them to enter the goods, but at the same time it is not a party for trafficking measures that can be carried out from outside the frame.
Abu Ou La insisted that the responsibility of the permits should be within the range of guarantees submitted to the Customs Report, and that he should not overcome legal or financial responsibility for actions that have no connection with them, while they invite these companies not to be strictly in the process of funding these companies.

He pointed out that the permission and transport department is considered one of the main machinery of the National Distribution Chain, and that its stability is directly reflected in the performance of ports and border ports and the speed of the material, which contributes to the reduction of the costs of traders and importers, thus the final consumer.

Abu Agu La insisted that the current stage of financial and administrative challenges requires integrated efforts between the public and private sector, emphasizing that the union will continue its role in replacing the workers of the sector and provides practical solutions to serve the national economy and maintain the sustainability of the business.
