XReal’s Project Ara Second Official Android XR Headset

At the end of last year, Google announced its new expanded reality ecosystem, Android XRMeta is designed to go against the search and AppleOf Vision Pro. In addition to it introduced the first device, Samsung Project MohanVirtual Reality-Style Headset.

Now as part of Google I/O, the XRAL second official Android XR has unveiled the Project Ara. Unlike the full headset, it is a mild sea-throw “tethar” glasses that power by the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. According to Google and Xrile, Google’s Gemini AI has AI and provides both optical sea-thru (OST) and virtual sea-thru (VST) movie experiences.

Companies have said that new XR glasses are called “an action” for developers. They have invited the community for “the new apps for this next generation XR” for the use of new apps for XR, and developers who are already building developers for headsets on the platform will be able to bring their applications easier to project.

Xreal and Google have not released other details. Previous XREAL headsets Air 2 Ultra Offer 6dof (six degrees of freedom) tracking so you can walk physically around the virtual space, along with hand tracking to communicate with virtually objects. The fact that the mirrors is mixed (despite their own processor) means you have to carry an Android device.

Google’s past Dallions with VR and AR (Cardboard, Dadreem and Google Glass) are all done Google cemetery. However, the company has recently said that the underlying technology will eventually match the full capacity of reality. Although lightweight, see-trow-aged reality glasses never live for their ability, Xrale probably made the best progress with models A Pro. Google and X -ray are ready to reveal more information about the project Awa at the Augmented World Expo (AWE) in June 2025.
