Apple’s Carplay Ultra finally comes, but it is currently unique to Aston Martin’s
The next generation AppleThe carple interface is finally available here, especially for Aston Martin drivers in the US and Canada. In the next few weeks, Aston Martin vehicles with the latest infotainment system of motorists can access the carple ultra through a software update, but anyone who orders a new Aston Martin from today will be installed. To take advantage of the new features you also need a new model running iPhone 12 or new model iOS 18.5 or later.
Carplay Ultra (Before it is named) At WWDC almost three years ago, and Both Porsche and Aston Martin have been previewed, showing how the new carple connects with each show in a vehicle, just contrast to the central infotainment screen. Your vehicle’s deep iPhone-Iification Carplay is at the heart of the ultra, which allows you to effectively change the factory-Installed instrument cluster displays with Apple UI, which is complete with widespread widgets and real-time information on your iPhone installed on your iPhone.
Apple joins her own software car smoothly, but “reflects the appearance and feeling of vehicle manufacturers”. You may have Google Maps and Apple Music, along with vehicle-specific information such as the driver’s help and tire pressure, all are tied to custom themes with Apple Aston Martin’s own design team. Like your iPhone, you can personalize experience with your own colors and wallpapers.
For basic tasks such as adjusting radio volume and temperature management you can choose onscreen controls, physical buttons or Siri, as well as more sophisticated features such as configuring your audio system or performance settings. Apple does not specify how Carplay is working in the experiment with Ultra’s latest version .
Apple says the ultra ultra will be expanded to the US and Canada to cross the early roll out and to include vehicles around the world next year.
