Crystal Palace Coach: If we play this match ten times, we will only win once

Crystal Palace Coach Oliver Glassner said on Saturday that if his team played the Manchester City match ten times, he won it only once, after the London Club won the first great title in its history, by defeating his most powerful opponent in the FA Cup final.

In the FA Cup final in 1990 and 2016, Ibrahimi scored the only goal in the 16th minute of compensation to the Crystal Palace to the previous two defeats.

Unlike the dominant offer against Aston Villa in the semi -finals, Palace earned only 21 percent of the ball against the city led by his coach Pep Gardio, but he was very upheld with an easy goal of his progress.

“I don’t believe what happened. If we play this match ten times, we will win it only once and today the same thing happened,” said Glasner, replacing Roy Hodgson 15 months ago and now the first Austrian coach to win the FA Cup.

“We scored half the first attack in their stadium, then we justified with full power and he was an excellent goalkeeper,” he said.

“I am very proud of team and technical staff. Congratulations. All credit is for them.”

Glasner, who stopped as a player in Austria after the brain bleeding in 2011, led the European League title in 2022 to the European League title.

Now the Palace will lead the same competition next season in the first partnership of the English Club in a major European competition.

“I have this concept this season. You can achieve incredible things with a group of these players,” said 50, Glasner.

“We wanted to write history. I think we have written a great chapter in history now. We will start a new chapter next year,” he said.

After the end of the palace fans chanted the Bassem Glassner slogan and praised the fans and the patience of the palace at the beginning of the season.

After eight games in the Premier League, the team had no victory and gathered three points, but since then it has not been withdrawn and the club president Steve Parish has returned to the FA Cup to the FA Cup for his confidence in the grant of him.

The Palace also adopted his record points in both games in the English Premier League before the end of this season.

“We have a group of talented players with a strong personality and this solidarity, work ethic, environment and amazing atmosphere. I think it is very necessary to achieve impossible things,” said Glasner.

“The players have not lost their confidence in the coach or technical staff,” he said.

Speaking about the long and high voice on the field, Glassner said, “Today is the Crystal Palace day. It’s our fans tomorrow. Tomorrow may be some headache! They are always qualified as they stand with us. This cup has a special taste for all our fans.”

As a result of winning the club, the club is a great success.

“I feel so proud of the team and the fans. I believe that we will win. This is the Oliver. We all believe it and eventually gathered the Cup.”
