Low Wage Workers: Where is the less profitable to work in Europe?

Millions of European workers receive only one portion of their country’s average salary.
Recent Eurostat data reveals that the EU has nearly 15% of the lowest wage workers in the EU -active population.
Low -wage workers are workers who earn two -thirds of the average salary in their respective countries.
Compared to 12.5% of men, 18.2% of women belong to this type.
Young people are particularly vulnerable: one of the four lower wage workers is under the age of 30.
The highest percentage of low wage workers is registered with Bulgaria (26.8%), Romania (23.9%), Latvia (23.3%) and Greece (21.7%), on the other hand, representing a low -level saliva supply in Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Italy and Slavari.

Hospitality and reconstruction workers are number one in the list, all the EU uses a third of the lowest salary (35.1%), followed by administrative and sub -services, 32%.
Contract and education play an important role in defining income.

As nearly 28% of low -level workers end up at a lower wage level, literary qualifications make a major difference, only 4.8% of those who claim to be higher and medium education (17.5%).
