Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco on the EU list of secure countries

The European Commission on Wednesday issued a list of its first “safe” countries for asylum purposes, and asylum applicants issued a list of states under the treatment of rapid treatment within three months.
The Commission considers all candidates to be appointed as safe countries, as Ukraine is temporarily behaving in its territory. Thus, Albania, Bosnia, Georgia, Moldova, Mandinigro, Northern Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey are part of the list. These are seven together: Kosovo, Bangladesh, Columbia, Egypt, India, Morocco and Tunisia.
European employee said that migrants from all these countries are rarely accepted as refugees in the EU, and that the recognition rates are 5%or less.
The European list is now recognized by the European Parliament and Member States, but not the purpose of replacing national lists.
In fact, many EU countries have their own lists of safe countries, whose citizens are subject to rapid asylum practices.
For example, Italy includes 19 countries, including Ghana, Senegal and Algeria. In Germany, there are nine countries currently on the list, but the new government wants to expand it significantly, including Algeria, India, Morocco and Tunisia.
The Commission states that its general list will encourage me to unite between the national lists of the member states. The EU spokesman explained that the Commission list could be added to the future plans in this regard to facilitate the post of safe countries.
The European Union list of safe -looking countries is “changing”, which means you can eliminate countries or add new countries. The employee also said, “It does not mean that a country is not on the list, which will regularly review the conditions of every country on the commission list.”
The position of safe -looking countries has proved controversial.
In many member states, the courts have prevented the deportation of a migrant or their asylum demand within the limits of a rapid practice, based on the fact that their appearance cannot be considered safe.
In a contract between the two countries, Italy, Italy, the centers of Albania, Bangladesh and Egypt’s asylum seekers and Italian authorities will be sent within the boundaries of a rapid practice.
But Italian courts have blocked the transfers, referring to the case in the EU court, because it is not clear whether the origin countries can be considered completely safe.
The Commission takes into account this problem on its list, which gives member states the opportunity to exclude parts of some parts of a safe country.
The concept of a country of safe origin differs from the concept of the third insurance country, which is aimed at appointing third countries that can reject asylum applicants in the EU.
