Defense Ministers of Germany and the United Kingdom gather in Berlin to discuss ways of supporting Ukraine

The security ministers of Germany and the United Kingdom met with their first ministerial council in Berlin on Thursday following the signing of the Military Cooperation Agreement last year.
“Today’s meeting and important plans we have reached an agreement, but it will only be half of the war, but we have implemented them very quickly,” German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said.
The meeting took place in a turbulent diplomatic environment, and NATO foreign ministers gathered in Turkey and discussed an American initiative to significantly increase security investments at the time of security issues outside Europe.
At the same time, Russian President Vladimir Putin rejected a plan for a direct meeting in Turkeei in Turkey. However, representatives of the two countries must begin their first direct negotiations in many years.
United Kingdom Defense Minister John Heeli said Putin’s decision to resign with Jelensky in Istanbul was significant.
“One day he exposes Putin. He says he wants peace, but he rejected the meeting with Jelensky in Istanbul. He says he wants peace, but rejected the entire ceasefire. He says he wants to end the fight, but he continues to kill the civil cities.
However, Robert Fryer, chairman of the European Union’s military committee, announced that the constituency was planning to copy the deliberate offering to Ukraine this year.
Comments were released after a meeting between EU security leaders in Brussels on Thursday.
“The goal is to provide 2 million large -collar ammunition to the country this year, that is, twice the last year,” said Freekar.
Fryer said the European Union is promoting member states to create more ammunition to achieve this goal.
“We are trying to make concessions using contracts established by the European Security Agency (AED) to get more ammunition and more ammunition for member states,” he said.
“But we are creating new initiatives, by intensifying cooperation with the financial or the Ukrainian defense department,” Freeker added.
Freekar also spoke of resources needed to address the sea threat representing the shadow of the Kremlin. The EU military leader noted that this volume must effectively ensure the safety of its water and increase the number of ships available to ensure the security against any threat.
“When I look at the existing maritime operations, when there are three, two, and one of the Mediterranean Sea in the northwest of the Indian Ocean, we openly talk about the lack of resources,” he told reporters after the meeting.
“Therefore, when such a task is started, by detecting forces and diligent planning, if it is reliable, we can guarantee that we have enough ships, planes and resources to carry out such a task.”
