The sanctuary of artists inspired from local topic. In Vijayanagar (Karnataka), UNESCO is a historical place protected to the south of India Hampi Art Lab.
Its architects, an Indian Sampape Padora And a group of five projects tried to obscure the boundary between space and new construction. They wanted to melt the premises and walls as a sin and made the landscape on its own for a few years. Thus, with liquid volumes and curves, inspirational Tungabhadra in the neighborhood of RioAnd in geographically worn hills, the laboratory brings another layer to this location.
It is a building-paid and, therefore, a changing structure covered with vegetation in the stands, which acts as an amphitheater and substate seat, thus making the appearance of the surrounding vegetation building and disrespecting.
Sampape Padora and his two members, Aparna Dhashwar and Vami Koticha upheld the structure of universal Indian values. Handicrafts behind this project contrasts with others. And, at the same time, it is in the previous works of the architects, the Mayan Library Somaya de Maharashtra, built with recycled brick (another building-peasage that inspired (Catalan Volta).
This new place for the exposure and residence of artists – caregivers, painters or graphists – in the place where the boundaries between the building and the landscape are confused and disappear from that technique, but equally fluid and closing. That decision is not just aesthetics. Facilitates maintenance, puts Top In favor of architecture, it improves the loneliness of the property and is therefore contributing to its own conservation and is built by geographical science, protected.
