European stocks are declining despite strong monthly gains

After legal doubts about the European Union fees, it sees the opportunity to increase its trade impact
European Union officials on Friday confirmed that the alliance had an additional impact on its trade talks with the United States after the US court questioned the legally imposed “mutual” customs duties imposed by Washington.
Despite the uncertainty raised by the American judicial decisions, the European Commission stressed its commitment to continue negotiations with the United States, which is committed to a proposal to abolish customs duties on industrial goods.
A commission spokesman said: “There is no change in our condition, as we are scheduled to hold technical and political meetings next week.
One day after the trade court’s decision to exceed his powers in this regard, the US appeal had temporarily re -imposed customs duties imposed by President Donald Trump and ordered that the implementation of these fees be stopped immediately.
“The case of legal uncertainty about fees is definitely giving us an additional pressure card,” said a European Union who knows for negotiations and is still trying to make an agreement with the complete cancellation of customs duties.
Officials have explained that Brussels are also open to discuss some non -control obstacles, but it does not go into problems with the European tax system, value -addressed tax, digital tax or food security standards.
The European Commission, which represents a total of 27 member states in trade talks, refused to comment on the judicial judgments as “American internal affairs”.
In view of continuous joint efforts between the European Union and the United States to enter into a contract on customs duties, European Union Trade Commissioner Marus Sevkovic said on Friday that he had made another phone call to the US Trade Howard Lotenic Minister.
“US Trade Minister Howard Lotenic Minister has another phone call … we have done our best, and we are left with high priority for the European Union. And we are in constant communication.”
The Ministry of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Council in Paris is expected to continue next week in Paris on June 3 and 4 (June).
European officials said the US courts’ rulings support the viewpoint of the European Union, and on April 2, there is no legal justification for “mutual” customs functions imposed on European goods and other countries.
They said that although the American judicial decisions for fees imposed on steel, aluminum and European cars were not included, these provisions would contribute to strengthening the position of the European Union in efforts to reduce or cancel these fees.
Officials believe that the turmoil as a result of judicial rulings and Trump administration policies has given the European Union the opportunity to highlight the relative stability center in the global economy.
One of the officers said: “Here is the main title: uncertainty. No customs duties will be done next week, not to mention next month.”
He concludes: “If you are looking for a stable business environment, organized and boring, and on the basis of the rules and the Able, the right choice for you.”
