Eating nuts every day protects the colon from inflammation

An American study shows that eating nuts every day can reduce infections and improve colon health and also reduce the risk of colon cancer.

Researchers at the University of “Candecticut” have explained that nuts have vegetable compounds, which turn into strong anti -inflammatory substances inside the intestine and the results were published on Wednesday, journal (cancer prevention research).
