LTTE attack in Chandrapur
Chandrapur: A woman and a man died in two separate incidents of Tiger attacks on Tuesday in Chandrapur district of East Maharashtra. A total of 11 people have died in the LTTE attacks so far this month in Chandrapur district. A senior official of the Maharashtra Forest Development Corporation, the first incident took place in the Sichpali forest, where Nanda Sanjay Makkalwar (45), who lives in the Chiroli village of the country, went to the forest with her husband in the morning to collect the bamboo tree, and some killed him when he killed him. The second incident occurred in 524 in the same box under the Sichpalli range in the afternoon, where Cantbeth resident Suresh Sobhankar, 52, was attacked by a tiger and killed him.

The Forest Department has advised the locals to take precautionary measures in the forest and described the tiger buffer zone as normal. Local people are afraid of these attacks and demand strong security arrangements from the administration. The Forest Department has appealed to the people not to go alone in the forest and not go to the group.
