Kunal Kamra bail: Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde was not named, and the Standab Comedy actor Kal Kamra was granted bail by the Standard Comedy actor by the district district by the Munsif-SAH-Seett Magistrate’s Court in Vanur, Tamil Nadu. Kamra approached the Madras High Court on Tuesday, seeking an expectation bail. This provides temporary security since the arrest of the FIR registered jurisdiction in the separate jurisdiction.

Judge Sundar Mohan had formally advised him to appear on bail in the Vanur Court. Following the order, the Vanur Court gave the relief. It is worth noting that Kamra stopped a song from the 1997 Bollywood film ‘Dil Du Dayal Hai’, which was used to satisfy Shinde during a show at The Hopted Comedy Club in Mumbai’s car area on March 23. Although he did not directly name the deputy chief, Kamra called him a ‘traitor’, which Shinde’s party Shiv Sena did not accept.

Shiv Sena enthusiasts fought against the place of the show. A few days later, the Municipal Corporation of Brihanmumbai began to demolish parts of the comedy club, causing the public’s attention to the incident. After not attending the rear, several Mumbai police officers reportedly visited Kamra’s registered address in the city.

However, Kamra criticized the move and said he had not lived at the address for more than a decade. He called the police action to ‘waste time and public resources’. Kamra, who appeared through his lawyer, told the court that he had no intention of harmful to his performance and did not directly criticize any person.

His lawyer argued that there was no hidden agenda in his opinion, and accused the police of trying to arrest him without “proper reason.” Kamara said it was not a crime to make fun of political leaders.

He said in a public statement, “The inability to deny humor at the price of a powerful public person does not change the nature of my right.” He told the police that he would not apologize for his comments. The Madras High Court has now ordered Kamra to appear in court on April 7. The court of Vanur, which provides temporary relief to the comedian, is located in Villupuram district of Tamil Nadu.
