Israeli occupation plan to isolate Rafa …
In a major military expansion, the Israeli occupation army controls the “Moral axis” between Rafa and Khan Younis in the southern Gaza pound.
On Wednesday, the occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that it would establish a new security passage in the occupied Gaza, which would isolate the city of Rafa from other parts.
Netanyahu said: “We are now gradually increasing the pressure until we divide this sector and bring us back to us.”
Following the collapse of the ceasefire with Hamas, the Israeli occupation army resumed the bombing on the Gaza fragment on March 18, after two months of peace.
Hamas said on Wednesday that Netanyahu had rejected the latest ceasefire plan, accusing him of “undermined any potential agreement”.
Israel insisted that the only way to force Hamas to release the remaining 60 hostages was military pressure.
In exchange for the release of about 1,800 Palestinian prisoners, the first phase of Armistis, which began on January 19, returned to 33 Israeli hostages, including eight dead.
The expansion of military operation leads to the isolation of the city of Rafa from Khan Younis, which extends to the Israeli occupation army with the “Philadelphia corridor” to the Egyptian border, and to control the third corridor in the north and “Netherim Gardar” near Gaza in the north.
This comes at the time of the end of the occupation forces to end the Dal Sultan area near Rafa, and dozens of Hamas militants killed, while Israeli occupied military operations showed no signs of the decline.
The occupation army General Eiel Jamir said the wars would continue with the “examined and decisive speed”.
He added: “The only thing that can prevent our progress is the release of our hostages.”
It is not yet clear whether the installation of the additional lands or the new safety passage that Israel wants to control is aimed at adding these lands.
The Israeli occupation army has already issued a warning to residents of Gaza Stories in some southern regions, and the areas around Rafa have been empty after a Palestinian radio evacuation orders.
Hamas officer AFP said last week that the Egyptian-Catari project included a 50-day ceasefire. On the other hand, Israel has been released from 200 prisoners, including 150 life sentence, in addition to 2000 Palestinians arrested from October 7.
The scheme also includes the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation army from March 18.
Gaza and West Bank’s largest relief officer Jonathan Waitti said: “Gaza 64% is subject to active displacement orders or is there,” Gaza and West Bank’s United Nations Relief Officer Jonathan Witt said.
He added: “There is no safe place. No one is safe in Gaza.”
This expansion has strengthened the Palestinians’ concerns that the Israeli coastal sector could seek full control, especially after US President Donald Trump announced his future plans for Gaza.
Israeli officials said it would facilitate the “voluntary” of the Palestinians after Trump called for a permanent eviction of Gaza and redesigned it under US control.
Israeli politicians have been obtained from some demonstrations in Gaza, which has been controlled by Hamas since 2007.
