This plan aims to create a strategy for the future definition of the movement of a region, with the aim of ensuring all the citizens ’movement that allows access to destinations and services; Improving road safety; Reducing air and sound pollution, greenhouse gas emissions (gas gas) and energy consumption; Improving efficiency and effectiveness of the cost of transporting people and commodities; Contributing to improving the attractiveness and quality of the urban environment and urban design for the benefits of citizens, economics and society as a whole.

The first stage – description and diagnosis
The second stage – goals and intervention strategy
The third stage – action plan
According to the first stage, a public participation session will be held on June 5, at 8:30 pm in the business incubator. This session aims to involve the population and relevant entities in the province to determine the strategy of navigation for the coming years.
