Vice President Jagdeep Tharangar set a deadline for the president’s decision and questioned the act of acting as a ‘super parliament’, saying that the Supreme Court cannot replace a ‘nuclear missile’ on democratic forces.

What is the whole thing?

Tarangar made this strong view on the judiciary while addressing the Rajya Sabha trainer. A few days ago, the Supreme Court set a deadline for the president’s approval for the bills made by the governor for consideration of the president.

Therefore, we have judges who enacted laws, which will work for the administrator, which acts as a super parliament and has no accountability because the country’s law does not apply to them. The Vice president referred to Article 142 of the Constitution that gave the Supreme Court full powers, called “nuclear missile against the democratic forces around the clock.”

What did the Vice President say?

He said section 142 has become a nuclear missile against democratic forces and is available around the clock of the judiciary. Article 142 of the Constitution empowers the Supreme Court to issue orders to ensure “complete justice”. This authority is also known as the “complete power” of the Supreme Court.

Tharangar said the president was advised at the end of the recent end. In which direction are we going? He said, “What happens in the country?” We need to be very sensitive. It is not the question of whether a review petition is filing a petition. We never expect democracy for this day. The president is asked to make decisions at the right time, and if it is not, it will become a law. ” ‘

Vice President’s anger over the judiciary

The vice president said that his concerns were at the highest level and that he would never see it in his life. Tarangar reminded the existing people of the project that the President of India is very high. He said, “The president is sworn in the defense, security and rescue of the Constitution. The Minister, Vice President, MP and others promise to follow the Constitution.”

The Vice President said, “We cannot create a situation where you give instructions to the President of India. On what basis?” Under the Constitution, you have the same right to explain the constitution under Section 145 (3). For this, there must be five or more judges…. ” ‘

He underlined the policy of separating powers, and when the government is elected by the people, the government should be held accountable for parliament and elections. “A policy of accountability works. You can ask questions in Parliament … But if this administration is treated by the judiciary, how can you ask questions? Who are you in the elections?”

He said, “Our three companies -Liegliker, Judicial and Administration -Early … Time to create a intervention challenge, this is not a good thing….”
