Vice President Jagdeep Tharangar set a deadline for the president’s decision and questioned the act of acting as a ‘super parliament’, saying that the Supreme Court cannot replace a ‘nuclear missile’ on democratic forces.

What did the Vice President say?
He said section 142 has become a nuclear missile against democratic forces and is available around the clock of the judiciary. Article 142 of the Constitution empowers the Supreme Court to issue orders to ensure “complete justice”. This authority is also known as the “complete power” of the Supreme Court.
Tharangar said the president was advised at the end of the recent end. In which direction are we going? He said, “What happens in the country?” We need to be very sensitive. It is not the question of whether a review petition is filing a petition. We never expect democracy for this day. The president is asked to make decisions at the right time, and if it is not, it will become a law. ” ‘

He underlined the policy of separating powers, and when the government is elected by the people, the government should be held accountable for parliament and elections. “A policy of accountability works. You can ask questions in Parliament … But if this administration is treated by the judiciary, how can you ask questions? Who are you in the elections?”
