Human Rights Watch says Israel Gaza has committed war crimes in Gaza hospitals
The Human Rights Watch (HRW) on Thursday accused the Israeli armed forces for “unnecessary” deaths and Palestinian patients in Gaza.
According to the last HRW report, many witnesses of the three hospitals in the strip said that the Israeli military had abused the military military patients and abused the electricity, water, food and drugs, as well as the “deliberate” medical facilities and equipment.
The organization interviewed nine patients and two health staff members when the Israeli army invaded Shifa Hospitals between 2023 and 2024 (in Gaza City); Kamal Advan (in Beat Lahia) and Nasser (in John Unis).
In these medical complexes, at least 84 patients have died due to lack of health care – without counting the dead for bombing or shots, the Israeli’s armed forces have intervened in “seriously” in the wounded and sick treatment. Interviewed toilets refused to carry drugs and other supplies to patients and obstructed access to hospitals and ambulances, which caused the death of injured and chronic patients, including children in the treatment of dialysis.
According to HRW, the loss of food, water and other supplies is “offense against the humanity of eradication and the actions of the carnage”.
One of the resources cited by the company, Ansum al-Sharif, who was admitted to the hospital after the loss of an Israeli air attack, said that she and Nasser had spent four days without food, water or drugs.
“The Israeli military occupation of Gaza hospitals has transformed the military occupation and recovering places into death and abuse centers. Those who are the cause of this terrible abuse, including high controls,” said HRW Child Bill Van Svalld’s Deputy Director.
The HRW also questioned the forced evacuation of hospitals ordered by Israeli forces, which were both “serious risk” and health staff, because they were in a stretcher or wheelchair, even if they were in a stretcher or wheelchair. He denied that some of these buildings were shot or illegally destroyed by some of the buildings of these medical complexes after moving.
According to HRW’s cited Shifa hospital organizers, only 40 patients died between November 11 and 17, mostly due to power cuts.
All of this was investigated on serious violations of international humanitarian law in Gaza hospitals in Gaza hospitals – including “clear war crimes” – by the military of Israel.
The HRW recalled that parties involved in the International Humanitarian Act conflict should be respected and protected and protecting hospitals, as well as to reduce the damage to patients, staff and facilities.
The HRW report was held shortly after the fire with Hamas on Tuesday with a bombing of 400 Palestinians. (EFE)
