The Eskwa report recommended Arab governments to improve the reality of electronic government services and to improve their spread: Improve the integration of digital services between ministries and corporations to create an integrated experience for citizens, in addition to the need to raise digital awareness among citizens, especially rural and impulse.
In addition, it is necessary to invest in cloud infrastructure and internet protection to ensure the stability of digital services, in addition, the importance of taking into account the flexible and comprehensive technical solutions that take into account all groups of people with disabilities and the elderly, and finally, the importance of engaging in the formation of services through continuous concept mechanisms.
