Recently, the video of Al -Ahlia House Amman in Amman’s release and distribution was published in Amman, under the supervision of Dr. Amal Khalifa, a professor and researcher of the French language industry, and the supervision of its literature at the University of Jordan and the French company in the Eastern Project.
To celebrate this version, the Next East for French company organized a conversation session at the Sarka camp last Saturday with the cooperation of the Camp Development Committee. The work team participated in the event, ie, Dr. Amal Khalifa, Cartoonist Imad Hajjaj, and Photo -Story Traders, Khalid Nahar, Artist Mike, Supervisor of the Exhibition Production and Organization.
Shahad al -Qasavi, a student of French language department at the University of Jordan, presented his contribution to translating the story in French. Participants heard the testimony of Mr. Mahmood Visha al -Masab, which is called the Palestinian refugee Abu Iyad al -Bariji, and its attempt within the camp gave an inspiration to the essence of the story. The event was attended by a large group of researchers from Jordanian and Franovan Universities.
Abu Iyad al -Buriji describes the story of “Refugee Memory”, which called Jerusalem’s immigrant village “al -Purij”, in one of the Hijaz Railway near the Sarka camp, in a symbol of Sarka Munikality. The story also illustrates the importance of protecting joint memory while facing the efforts of the Zionist Institute to cover the emotional and historical relations, and the history of the Palestinians, and the history of the Sionist company.
The story of “refugee memory” is based on a field research conducted by Dr. Khalifa on the changing of Palestinian memory and has gathered a personal evidence of the life of the Caliph by generations in the Sarka camp, where they gathered personal evidence of the lives of refugees and confirmed their entire right. Caliph’s research also shows the importance of oral history in protecting the hereditary and joint memory of refugees.
The ninth art, the ninth art, that is, the video story, as a mediator to translate this research into an artistic scene, an attempt to highlight scientific research in transforming individual titles into a joint story with a human nature. The story confirms the role of the new generation in the continuation of memory through daily practices that improve Palestinian identity and oppose forgetfulness.
This work creates a new experience in the field known as the “different research writing” for Dr. Caliph, as it is based on the scientific research that has been passed within the European Project Ika. The research aims to document the immigration paths in the Mediterranean Sea and highlight the role of the diaspora. In order to provide research to a wide range of spectators from short educational purpose, especially in a topic of the emphasis on a association, such as Palestinian memory, he chose to open the art media.
