On the occasion of the International Day of the families, the Secretary of the Supreme Court, Professor Dr. Isa Al -Mazaru, participated in the first Arabic Regional Policy Forum on the Declaration of the Doha / Arab Family and the major contemporary changes in Cairo last weekend.
Al -Mazaru recently offered a length of the forum: “Population changes in the Arab family: when biological techniques, social heritage, law, family interests and desires.”
The forum was organized by the Family and Childhood Administration in the League of the Arab countries – with the cooperation of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Social Development. The Doha International Family Institute has organized a conference to revive for thirty years after announcing an international year for the United Nations General Assembly family.
The actions of this conference ended with the announcement of the “Doha Call”, including a series of recommendations aimed at facing the main challenges of the family around the world.
“Doha Call” includes 30 recommendations, including: supporting the focus of family policies; Promoting the bridge of divinity between families and them; Connecting family education into the curriculum; The protection of children in this digital age; Investment in information technology infrastructure; Activating the elderly and those with disabilities in the family; Expanding access to high levels of health care; The use of digital space and artificial intelligence between generations; Family and statistical changes; The approval of unavailable care; Investing in vocational and training; Protecting them from family and climate changes and the adverse effects of these changes; Provide accurate information to families.
In response to the recommendations of Doha, the first Arabic Policy for 2025 chose its slogan of “Arab family and the best contemporary changes”, and its sessions include the following topics: Arab family, contemporary changes and support ways: Values and challenges facing the Arab family, there are direct threats of the family in the Arab region; Family and technical changes in the Arab world; Family, immigration and urban urbanization; Arab family and population changes; Arab family and climate change; Experience of Arab countries on great contemporary changes.
Jordan participates in the world to renew the International Day of Families on May fifteen every year, and this day reflects the importance of connecting the international community with the family and raised awareness of family issues and the opportunity to improve the knowledge of family decisions and practices that create a population situation in all communities.
