Cabildo de Fuerteventura and UNICEF signature on an agreement to continue to enhance childhood policies on the island
The agreement is part of the company’s isolated commitment to develop the “childeteventura” commitment
The Cabildo De Fuerteventura Committee and the Spanish Foundation committee signed a commitment agreement today to enhance childhood policies at the isolated level. The agreement was signed by the president of Cabildo Lola García, the head of the UNICEF Committee, Canary Rosa Gloria Suarez, and Minister of Social Labor, Victor Alonso.
President Lula Garcia said that this agreement will obtain the appointment with the seal of Vertifturea as a friendly city, an initiative led by UNICEF, “expressing the will and the Al -Jazeera Foundation to develop activities that are exposed to the rights of children and adolescents.”
Within this commitment, the Ministry of Social Labor has already launched the necessary strategies, which are currently working on developing a childhood and adolescence plan in the second teenager in Fortenturra, “a tool that aims to ensure full, fair and health development for our children and teenagers,” said Counselor VíCtor Alonso. In the signing of the agreement, also representatives of ASD Integral, a profitable company was responsible for developing the aforementioned plan.
In the same month of May, the internal committee of the childhood and adolescence plan was established, and it consists of representatives of the various councils of Capildo. Today, the members of the committee again met, this time with representatives of UNARESAS, “an excellent opportunity to enhance our joint work and progress in goals.”
Likewise, the Children and Adolescents Council was also formed in Fuenturra, with the aim of giving a voice to children and adolescents from all over the island. This group of measures and procedures will directly affect more than 19,000 children and adolescents on the island.
