Manipur news: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA’s MLAs met Governor Ajay Kumar Palla on Wednesday. After the meeting, BJP MLA Thoksom Radhesyam Singh said that 44 MLAs led by his party were ready to form a new government in the state. Singh Raj met the governor with the other nine MLAs at Bhavan.

He said, ’44 MLAs are ready to form a government at the will of the people. We have sent this option to the Governor. We also discussed the solution of state issues.

MLA hopes to create a popular government in Manipur

Independent MLA Sabam Nishikant Singh said we hope that a popular government will soon be formed. Here we ask the governor to create a popular government. We have sent a letter to the Governor with the signature of all of us. All NTA MLAs want to create a popular government in Manipur. We also want people’s support. 22 MLAs have been signed in the letter. 10 MLAs have come here to meet the governor.

The former CM discussed with the Governor about the current situation

Earlier, former Manipur Chief Minister N Fran Singh said on Tuesday that Governor Ajay Kumar had discussed the current situation in the state with Palla and urged the protesters to negotiate to resolve the incident. Last week, protests took place in the Vominated Imphal Valley on the incident of Gwaladafi. It is reported that security forces have stopped the state bus near the Qualadafi trial station where journalists will hide the Shirui Lily festival in Ukhul district on May 20.
