The intervention is of high importance, because this new road will be an alternative to Roa Joao Francisco Casal, with the aim of facilitating access to Avero and Astrada A25 and A17.
Work is considering opening the new road and its infrastructure, including drainage, building walls, public electrical infrastructure, public lighting, communications and paving.
At the same meeting, it was also circulated to agree to the TERRA installment agreement with a cross between the Aveiro City Council and GRES PANARIA Portugal, SA, because implementing the new street means the use of special installments that belong to that company, with a total area of 1,382.40 m 2.
The contract creates land exchange between the two parts, allowing the construction of the new road and the reorganization of the internal and operational logistics circles of the GRES PANARIA Portugal, which will obtain the movement of new raw materials on a large scale and produced on this new road, which reduces the traffic burden on Boovista Street.
The documents are now approved by the Municipal Assembly at Aveiro.
