The strategic priorities of the state
Among the priorities specified for its mandate, Rui Ventura highlighted the need for the greatest institutional expression: “I think the Portugal Center has the unique conditions to be the national development arm. We must talk to one voice. We are one region, with one common interest.”
In the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Tourism, Roy Ventura made an appeal to review the legal framework that regulates regional tourism entities. “We need to work to reform Law No. 33. Studies indicate that it is possible to advance to the largest administrative and financial ruling, without prejudice to alignment with the protection of tourism in Portugal. All regions have already proven that they are able to maintain this balance,” he said.

At the end of the session, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tourism, Pedro Machado, highlighted three basic columns for the success of the Turism Centro De Portugal: the team, the region, and the executive committee.
