Aveiro housing and residence plan in general consultation
Aveiro City Council informs that the Aveiro (PMha) municipal plan is already under public consulting within a period of 30 consecutive days (June 15, 2025).

PMha is a strategic initiative that commits the municipal response to housing needs, which enhances social cohesion, inclusion and environmental sustainability. This plan is part of the local housing strategy, the municipal housing development program and the housing strategy charter, and it is an integrated and sustainable approach to the current context of demographic growth.
Through this initiative, the Aveiro City Council enhances its commitment to the active and structured public policy in the field of housing, which enhances the expression between public and private investment, and the assumption of housing as a central axis of citizenship and luxury.
During this period, any interested party may submit its complaints, observations, or suggestions written in a specific document according to the origins, directed to the mayor of Aveiro. These contributions can be made through its model available on consultation sites or on the municipal website.
