Anadia: Autarchy assumes the construction of new urbanization and the sale of lands in the industrial zone
The Anadia room decided to call itself the partial construction of urban expansion balconies in the park, after it advanced with one of the buildings that expects 15 fires.

The batch cannot be sold on Avenida Das Laranjeiras, in an area of Anadia Urban Park, the executive authority decided to launch a competition to build the “Varandas Do Parque II” building.
The basic price is 3,815,948 euros (with VAT), indicating a 24 -month implementation period.
The future building for “Parque II” is 15 T3 SYPOLOGY FIWORKS and three T2 classifications in an area of 1820 square meters. The part was placed in a general auction for 320,000 euros.
Indeed, the value of the “Varandas Do Park I” building reached 285 thousand euros, with regard to an area of 1628 square meters where 18 T2 fireworks are expected. Both consist of the basement, the ground floor and two rivers.

However, the municipality announced that it will operate 11 from the Salgueiro Valley Industrial Zone in Alphloas, in the ARCOS and Moggores Union at a public auction scheduled for April 22.
The bid areas range from 2,754.8 square meters and 13885.5 square meters. The bid values range from 33,058 euros to 166,626 euros.
The industrial park occupies an area of 17.6 hectares, with a road network and the infrastructure that supports the operation of the industrial area. The municipality has invested 2.4 million euros.
