India, Qatar, Emirates, China, Oman Sultanate, Kuwait, the United States and Malaysia are the most important exports of construction industry exports.
He pointed out that the construction industry has a higher role in the local market, as its products are based on many sectors and a final product for local consumers, indicating the average percentage of production within the kingdom of construction, indicating the average of 90 percent of the local use of construction materials.
The most important of the challenges faced by the construction industry were Abu Sa Fa, the most important of which is the limited capacity of the owners of construction installations, even in obtaining the sources of their necessary funding in their operations, to expand their amenities or to use new production lines or to use renewable energy instead of electricity.
He pointed out that there is a shortage of technical and trained workers because of the highest cost of local workers, due to the government’s job permits, shelter, guarantees and fees imposed by the government to attract foreign workers.
In fierce competition challenges by imported products, it is the lack of compliance with some of the imported products and the low prices of imported products due to the low production cost of imported products, leading to unreasonable competition due to the lack of consistent specifications for all products.
According to Abu Sa Fafafah, the weak exploitation of many free trade agreements associated with other challenges and the kingdom that does not have marketing and promotion strategies in unusual export markets, in addition to the higher production, is considered to be the most energy consumption of the construction industry, especially electricity.
Under construction industries, the following sub -sectors are included: construction stones, crops and sand products, constructive insulation materials, healthy extensions, their products, tiles, glass panels, construction heat materials, cement products, forces, metal structures, decorations, decorations and other similar industries for construction purposes.
