This initiative is part of a national effort to decentralize the protection and promote digital inclusion and citizenship for retiring and pensioners, especially those who face obstacles in the use of digital platforms.
“We want to accurately achieve those who need a lot: people who are unable to solve the circumstances by the app or by phone 135,” said INSS President Gilberto Waller Janear. “Our goal is to ensure that no one is left out. So partnership with the post is strategic. It is more human and close service, our audience deserves and needs.”
Joint efforts are being planned in non -covered areas
In places where there is no qualified agency, the INSS will study travel measures and joint efforts to ensure services throughout the area. Even in remote areas, the proposal is to ensure that any beneficiary is incomplete.
The service is free, and all units follow the security protocols provided in the INSS partnership compared to the Precious Data Protection Act (LGDD).
