The fair library becomes a stage of solidarity with a “journey” from Ukraine
From May 27 to June 8, the Santa Maria Da Vera Library gives the municipal culture and solidarity, with an event that combines art, cinema, cinema and humanitarian reasons to support Ukrainian children affected by the war.

For about two weeks, the municipal library will be a space of culture, proximity and solidarity with the Ukrainian people. The “Voices, colors and flavors in Ukraine” initiative, which is promoted by the city council, proposes in partnership with Rotary Internetal, a “cultural journey” by a country that was depth of a deep war, but rich in history, art and identity.
Traditional music, art galleries, creative workshops, cooking art clubs, film sessions and useful discussions are a program designed for all ages and with a greater goal: support Ukrainian children victims of armed conflict by collecting money to the Olina Zelinska Foundation.
“Voices, colors and flavors in Ukraine” on May 27, at 21:00, with the opening of a collective exhibition for paint, sculpture and photography, followed at 9:30 pm, from the “sounds that unite us”, with the popular Shom group, and Cantra in Orfa Deir and Florinhas from Rio Florenas.

»A workshop from the line and lighting is guided by an Ukrainian expert;

The “Ukrainian shelf”, an international project led by the First Lady in Ukraine, Olina Zelinska, who provides literature in the original linguistic and reference translations, enhances access to Ukrainian culture and thinking.
All revenues were reflected in the “shelters in schools and kindergartens” and “childhood room” that supports the creation of safe spaces for children in Ukraine.
