Fifty anniversary of Abimota – News from Aveiro
ABIMOTA – the National League of two wheels, hardware, furniture and complementary activities of the representative sectors – will celebrate – next July 5, the fiftieth anniversary of its founding.

Celebrations will start at 4 pm, with a visit to the ABYMOTA facilities and the installation of the memorial exhibition of the fifty anniversary, followed by the disclosure of a plate that hints to the walkers. From 5:30 pm, the Igwaida Art Center will host the official ceremony, where the personalities, companies and collaborators that were distinguished by the history of the association will be honored. The program will be crowned with brotherhood dinner at 20:00 in Estalagem in Louredo.
Under the celebrations, ABIMOTA will play the title of an honorary colleague for four prominent personalities for her exceptional contribution to the institution’s path.
During the ceremony, the old associated companies, as well as employees of longevity, will also be distinguished in a symbolic gesture to confess and gratify for commitment and dedication over the years.
According to VITAL Almeida, Chairman of the ABIMOTA, with these celebrations, it aims to recognize the role specified for Abimota over five decades in promoting the national industry, especially in the wheel sectors, devices and furniture. “
