The Russian Presidency (Kremlin) has agreed this Saturday that it will “consider the proposal for ceasefire in Ukraine, submitted by Kiev’s Western allies,” said the Russian State Press.
“We have to think about this, this is a new incident,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Pescov told the CNN television station according to the state media. “But trying to press us is completely useless,” he added.
