“49% of the companies think they have made an official complaint, but 42% do not want to do that,” the investigation showed.

The inquiry into blackout inpacts affected by the Iberian peninsula on April 28 is 1,710 commercial enterprises, throughout the national territory between May 2 and 06 and 2025.
