The court on Monday (31/3) suspended, including the authority to prescribe drugs to pharmacists, including what requires income. The decision came after the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM) filed a suit to cancel the new resolution of the Federal Council of Pharmacy (CFF), which could still appeal.
The authority to prescribe drugs to pharmacists was filed last Thursday (20). According to the Federal Court of the Federal District, the process is responsible for the process, “the doctor has only technical, professional and legal capacity to sign diagnosis and therapeutic treatment”.
