Forget crypto, gold and stocks, why are the country’s rich people buy land? – India Ultra rich people invest in land

Nowadays it invests a lot to become rich. Someone plans to buy a metal such as gold and silver, while some people take a little answer by investing in stock or mute funds. In addition, some people, including crypto, are in their portfolio.
On the other hand, there is a community of India, which focuses on buying land except crypto, stock and gold. The country’s Ultra rich people plan to invest in very different positions. These people often focus on matters such as 3 BH and Weekend Villas, investing here.
According to Aishwarya Kapoor, India’s first 0.001%of luxury real estate consultant, from Unicorn Founders to traditional rich, is quietly creating a Rs 75-500 crore portfolio, but not in stock or crypto. His focus is on land and branded real estate.
Apart from the house, Ultra rich people buy these things
Kapoor’s latest post in LinkedIn illustrates the portfolio of the Ultra rich people of India. These families not only buy homes, but also buy branded houses in business sites, high -value land, Trophy Penthouse and Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Dubai and London. Not only that, they do not run behind the traditional income. Their portfolio is filled with liquidity, rent and high income.
Rich became rich by selling houses
Kapoor also shared an interesting case study. A family from South Delhi sold his Rs 220 crore bungalow and started living in Gurgaon’s Rs 75 crore branded house. It kept his reputation and received Rs 145 crore. At the same time, the price of the flat was five times in Gurgaon. Kapoor argues that a portion of the land worth Rs 25-30 crore can be converted to Rs 70-100 crore in an investment circle. Especially in areas attached to cash flow and infrastructure.
How to make 400 to 500 crores portfolio
Kapoor says that Portfolio, worth Rs 400-500 crore, has been built at the highest level of three aspects. A lower -construction branded projects, a strategic land of leased business property and zone reverse. These opportunities are not online or are not available with cold calls. They pass through special networks. Kapoor said it was not a luck, but the design of the tradition.
Why do people buy land?
According to Kapoor, as far as India’s billionaire class is concerned, the real estate is the last dynasty property of the country – irregular, often on low -size paper, but always growing. Unlike crypto or role, land in India is still privacy, political gains and money lack, which cannot provide regulated assets.
Kapoor did not run from the contradictions. He said land contracts are often blamed for black money and seal duty. At the same time, the state governments are now presenting the same part as the ‘Smart City’ capital.
From NRI to the family office of Singapore, who lives in the United Arab Emirates, the global player joins the land competition. Kapoor clearly recalls that the circle of Indian real estate will not end. This gives only a new form of strength, privacy and emotion for those who can take the risk of investment at the highest level. This is a luck, not hereditary.
