Most people give Portuguese advertisement a negative grade to the government

Although the SIC/Express poll is a statement before the voting intentions, many Portuguese get a negative balance on the PSD/CDS coalition government’s performance.
Asked whether the announcement government is doing good or bad, there is no doubt that more than half of the respondents (51%) led by LUUS Montenegro -led team.
Of these, 42% think it’s time to change. Only 9% of this is still understood.
On the contrary, out of 38% of the 38% of people who think the government has done a good job, 11% are still agreeing that it is time for change. 27%, however, want everything to be like everything.
This negative assessment of the advertising government’s performance is attached by the answers to the question of whether Portugal is going to the right or wrong way. The majority of the majority (67%) has no hopeful opinion about the direction of the country. And it does not reach one -third of those who are confident.

The report is based on a poll that has taken place between April 5 and May 5, 2025. It was coordinated by a team from the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon (ICS-Alisbova) and the Iskte-University Institute of Lisbon (ISK-Il), with GFCMetris with Fieldwork. The universe of Probing is designed with people of 18 years or older, which lives in the main territory Portugal. The respondents are selected by the quota method, which is variable sex, age (4 groups), teaching (3 groups), area (7 regions nuts II) and habitats/size of population gravel (5 groups). From the initial area of the area and the habitat, 111 sample points were randomly selected, where interviews were carried out according to the above quotas.
In the CAPA system, information was collected through direct and personal interviews in the residence of the respondents and by the intention of voting in the legal elections collected by voting simulation in the ballot box. 3550 qualified homes were contacted (with total members of the Universe) and 1002 valid interviews (28%response rate, cooperative rate 44%). The fieldwork was demonstrated by 42 interviewers, who had been trained for the specifics of the study. All results are subject to the frequency of religious practice, according to the frequency reunion, and based on the data from the latest gap of the European Social Survey (Ronda 11), the unions of Portuguese citizens or Professional Associations living in Portugal for 18 or more years. The maximum margin of an error associated with the normal random pattern of 1002 respondents +- 3.1%, the level of confidence is 95%.
