“If there is any administrative failure in the tax power, (…) I am abandoning the law here and, therefore, those who are eligible for IMI exempt will naturally pay the IMI and will be replaced by the administrative situation if there is any self -sufficient,” said Finance Minister Jokwim Miranda Sarmento, in the statements.
