Trump administration’s stricture on Harvard University should be cleaned in 30 days, otherwise foreign students are closed – Trump gives Harvard 30 days to compete with foreign students to compete with foreign students

The administration, led by former US President Donald Trump, has issued a notification to Harvard University to cancel an important program on enrolling foreign students. However, instead of implementing this decision immediately, the university has been given a 30 -day postponement so that it can register an objection, and it can be presented under this process.
The US Homeland Security Department (DHS) has sent Harvard to Harvard on Wednesday, under which Harvard can be canceled as a company and allows foreign students to allow foreign students under the Student and Transaction Visitor Scheme (SVP).
On Thursday, the US Justice Department gave this information to the court, where Boston’s federal court judge, Elison Baroos, heard the case. The matter began after the Trump administration announced on May 22, which is said to be canceled by Harvard’s SEVP certificate.
Harvard said that beyond the Constitution
Harvard University has told the court that the move is not only against the constitution but also violates the rights of freedom of expression and the rights of a systematic process. Harvard said the DHS should be given at least 30 days and the company should be given a full opportunity to register and appeal.
The Trump administration accuses Harvard of promoting anti -national activities, promoting anti -Jewish thinking and cooperating with the Chinese Communist Party. However, no direct evidence has been submitted to these allegations.
In a statement of domestic security leader, Christie Noom, said, “Harvard will have to abandon the habit of harming US values, otherwise the benefits of the public will be canceled.”
Crisis on students
Harvard has categorically denied these allegations, not only the university, but also 27 per cent of foreign students studying there, and they will have to go to other companies or complete their visa and legal status.
At the former President Trump Oval Office, Harvard should only acknowledge 15% of foreign students, and they are considered another pressure on teaching freedom. Experts believe that this case is associated with serious problems such as education, judicial process and administrative intervention, not only for visas or students.
