The European High Court’s general prosecutor said in a consultation on Thursday that the Hungary had violated the EU law by prohibiting or controlling access to LGBDQ+content.

Tamara Akhing, the general prosecutor of the European Union’s Court, recommended that Hungary violates the basic values of the 27 -member camp mentioned in Section 2.

The concept is not legally bound. However, the judges keep it in the account, and in most cases, the final verdict is compatible with this statement. If court judges admit the public lawyer’s opinion, they must repeal or change the Hungary Act and impose a fine for Budapest.

Named as one of the most important human rights cases in the history of the EU, the case has been seen by the European Parliament and 16 member states to repeal the Hungary Act.

The law was adopted in 2021 in an attempt by the government to protect children and fight Pedophilia. However, critics and the LGP+ community found this as a Russian -style campaign, which indicates a threat to fundamental rights.

LGBTQ+ Law prohibits the representation of the people or the relationship with children in education and the media.

A section of the law was decided that books that contain only -sex relationships should be covered in aluminum paper and sealed in bookstores. In addition, many TV shows with similar content have been transferred to night.

The adoption of law led to protests against government, and in the same year, the European Commission began a case of violation against Hungary, claiming that the law violated the law and values of the EU.

This year, Hungary progressed one step and prohibited Elgibidu+ pride events in public places based on the Child Protection Act.

The European Commission is currently analyzing whether this law is under social law. European Commissioner for European Justice, Michael McGrath, recently announced during a debate on the European Parliament that Budapestin Bright March will not put any danger to children.
