The European Commission proposes a mechanism at the EU level to collect security orders of member states

Ursula Van der Leine has already put forward a European re -proposal earlier this month, which will lead to 800 billion investment in the security sector over the next four years.
Ursula van der Leine on Tuesday includes a joint task committee with Ukraine in the EU program to strengthen its security, which includes a European military sales mechanism designed to strengthen the European Security Industrial Site.
The Chairman of the European Commission said that two new equipment would be part of the long -awaited white book on safety, which would be released on Wednesday and aims to define the EU priorities in security investment and how to finance them.
The White Book, called Van der Leine, called the “Script for the 2030”, defines four preferences, including increasing support for Ukraine and strengthening Europe’s industrial safety base.
As far as Ukraine is concerned, “We can do more,” said Van der Leyne to the fall of the Dane Military Academy in Copenhagen.
“To help this realize this, we will form a joint task committee with Ukraine to integrate the military support of the country to the country. But Ukrainian can support us. In fact, we have been learning for a long time from the change of the Ukrainian security sector,” he said.
The increase in the security production of Ukraine, “may be a model for Europe,” said Van Ter Lean, who appeals to end the country’s coordination in the European security equipment market.
The German MEP insisted that European security companies cannot manufacture equipment at the size and speed of European security companies, as the European market is “very fragmented.”
“We have to change the course. It begins with investment in Europe. As we all know, most security investment is currently being done outside Europe. In other words: good jobs outside Europe, good work outside Europe, return to investment outside Europe.
“In addition, companies need the flow of many annual orders to guide and increase investment. Therefore, it is still important to combine our request and make joint acquisition. We will create a European military sales mechanism to achieve this goal,” the commissioner said.
To facilitate this process, the Commission calls a strategic conversation with the Defense Department.
Air protection and antimysis, ammunition and drones
Van der Leine has already put forward a European re -proposal for two weeks, which helps to increase security costs for member states, including a new tool for raising money in capital markets and then lending 27 safety projects, and using the National Stability and Development Agreement to allow the government to withdraw from the Strict European Budget Rules.
The project also outlines the security capabilities that the Commission has identified as a priority for this fund, including air protection and antimicidal, artillery systems, ammunition and missiles, drones, cyberconset and military movement.
At an extraordinary summit held last week, EU leaders gave their political support to the project. The two -day summit, which begins in Brussels on Thursday, is expected to discuss the white book.
But the results are not expected at this meeting, and the leaders will have to wait for a summit at the end of June, which will take place immediately after a meeting of NATO state leaders.
“Fund is an important first step, but the real test is that we need to turn money into a definitive action,” said a few minutes ago to Van Ter Lean, said Danish Prime Minister Mette Fredericksen.
“Europe can defend itself and we must now take action to ensure that. I hope we can define the most clear goal of strengthening European security and security,” he said.
Van Ter Lean said that “it is necessary to operate now” and “by 2030, Europe must have a strong European security position.”
Many information agencies have warned that Russia may have ways to attack NATO’s European ally before the end of the decade
“We are stronger than we think we are. We are not alone. Europe is united than ever before,” he said. Van der Leyne said that the block is “completely committed to working with NATO and United States” and working with other allies, including Canada and Norway, said.
But the rapid security agreement with the United Kingdom seems uncertain, as some member states have pointed out that they should be part of a wide redefinction of relationships, while President Donald Trump’s latest comments and other senior employees of his administration raised concerns about Washington’s continued commitment to European security.
Another part of controlling the United States is Granesia, a semi -autonomous territory of the Kingdom of Denmark, which can take Washington strongly for national security reasons.
“I would like to make it clear that Europe will always protect the sovereignty and regional integrity -” all the residents of Gronelanda – and the entire Denmark – Europe, “he told Von Ter Lean Cattes.
