According to the government, Deepak, the driver of Rajiv, with the help of his maternal uncle Dharmendra, presented the two ‘Sharpshutters’ Vishal and Saifi. The two created three bullets for Sunita in the area. The trial of Rajiv Gupta was divided in March, as he was declared a one -time fled.
Proved successfully in the case
In a 129 -page order passed by the court on April 28, the judge said that the government has successfully proved the case against all the accused persons. The judge visited the two -case cases and evidence obtained from Sunita’s diary, showing that Manjit and Angel “out of marriage” and continue to oppose their relationship. The court’s ruling said that there was no chance of divorce between Manju and Sunita.
Conspiracy to kill
On October 27, 2018, Angel wanted to celebrate Karvachad with Manjit. The accused (Angel and Manjit) conspired to kill their relationship and fulfill their desires. Criminal conspiracy was proved in court on the basis of mobile location, banking transactions, CCTV footage, FSL reports, vehicles, vehicles and suspicious activities. It was said that the weapons recovered from Shah Jad Saifi and Vishal were used in the murder.
The accused is guilty
All the accused have been convicted under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code and 120B (Criminal Conspiracy), while Saifi, Vishal and Dharmendra have been sentenced under armed law. The court listed the case for the debate on Wednesday.
