In his speech, Jaishankar said that India’s strategic joint with Italian is based on “shared values and mutual interests”. He said that this is clear from the meetings between the G20 forums and the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Italian opponent Georgia Meloni at the G20 and G -7 forums. He underscored that there is a variety of efforts such as India’s alliance with Italy, India-Central Eastern-East-European economic corridor, global biofilm fuel alliance, India-Pacific Ocean, International Solar Alliance and Anti-Disaster Drawing Alliance.

Jaishankar underscored that the Indian migrant community in Italy was the largest in Europe and that he was praised for his contribution to various regions. As a peninsula, India and Italy share the interests of maritime and ensure that the freedom of the ship is, “whether it is the Hindi-Pacific region or the Hindi-Pumadasagar region, is conducting Italy’s existence and its cooperation in the Indo-Pacific Region … Surely our cooperation.”
