The city of Karkiv, in eastern Ukraine, has been attacked for about two hours, and witnesses reported about 20 explosions across the city.

According to the city’s mayor Ihore Tereko, the fire in the four neighborhoods is the largest in the Parabasho market. This is the fourth time the market has burnt from the beginning of a large -scale Russian invasion. According to the authorities, 90 market shops were destroyed.

In the western part of the city, the multi -storey residential building was damaged, and one of the residents said the drone attacks occurred in several vacancies: “The first explosion took place at 4:20 am, and then followed by the other. We left.”

“My front door exploded, as well as the porch and the window. My car was damaged,” he says.

Four drones reached a hotel and a restructuring complex in the north of the city, said Oleh Cinehubov, leader of the regional military administration, as a result of four people suffering from severe stress.

Sumi attacks

However, residents in Bilopillia, a neighboring region, Sumi, began to be removed on Tuesday as Russian attacks intensified.

Local authorities, including Mayor Yuri Sarko, have said that the city’s security situation has worsened in recent days, leading to new demands for the discharge.

“Even those who do not want to leave soon, or even those who leave and then return – are still in place to return – look at the situation worsened, so they are leaving again.”

“Most people with their own transport have gone on themselves. But those who have no way out of the way – especially now, without public transport – are completely dependent on the current situation.

Several residents, including the elderly and the reduced movement, departed with the help of emergency services and the Ukrainian Red Cross teams.

Commander of the Ukrainian red red cross -rapid response section, Volodimir Moslenko, said two ambulances were used to carry people with reduced movement.

“We will load them. They go straight to Sumi. The high -capacity vehicle of all terrain will go to the places where the roads are very bad and accessible. We will get people from these places,” he says.

Mandatory withdrawal of children

More than 30 children have been removed from the village of Shakov in the Donetsk region over the past three days, said Serhi Sashko, president of the local military administration.

On May 2, officials announced that they would be forced to withdraw families with children in Shakov and Toretzke due to the Russian blast.

“We have forced two administrative districts, but at that time the security situation was very good at the time. Now people are looking at the situation,” Sashko said.
