The Delhi High Court has ordered the removal of a woman’s video clip of Google, Facebook and X. The video was placed online without the permission of the woman, causing her trolling and mental harassment.
Put the video on the travel company Rishikesh
Judge Sachin Dutta advised not only to remove the video to social media sites but also to stop uploading. The video was recorded and shared by a rafting instructor and his travel company in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
The woman said in her petition that Rafting was booked by a travel company on March 2025 and went to Rishikesh. The instructor Cobro gave him a video recording facility from the camera, which he only accepted it for private use.

However, the video later went viral on social media, in which the female is seen in fear and tension. It made him fun and suffered from cyber bullying, trolling and mental harassment.
The court requested the response
The woman appealed to the court that her privacy had been violated and the spread of the video should be banned. The court has issued a notification to seek responses to the central government, social media institutions, instructors and travel agency. The next hearing will be held on July 22. The court has asked the government to take necessary action.
