12 and a half years of the series for theft who was subjected to “ending positions”

Some of the victims went “through terrifying situations”, two women who were kidnapped (one when they were in prayer at the place of worship and one was surprised by the exercise), which was transported in the car’s luggage to distant sites.
“You cannot be emotional with what happened to the victims and resort to excuses,” the judge also underwent control.
The defendant refused lawyers
During the trial, the defendant, who was in the pre -trial detention, refused, unhappy attorneys of the difference, the way he was defended, after they were represented in the last stage by a new lawyer.
The man was convicted of four strict theft in the following partial penalties: 5 years and six months, 5 years, 4 years, 9 months and 4 years. The kidnappings deserved one year and six months in prison for each.
The condemnation also covers the crime of abuse of the warranty card (one year), the crime of computer science (4 months), illegal arrival crimes (six months each), the seizure of a banned weapon (six months) and several leadership crimes without a letter (1 years and 3 months in prison).
Gasolineiras theft and two kidnapped women
The individual, who was residing in Aveiro, was arrested by PSP in late 2023 in Boomwal after four thefts between November 4 and December 19.

The second theft occurred in a garden located in the city of Keimbra. The victim managed to be free after two hours “and asked for help in the vicinity directly.”
