We will not give a single drop of water to Haryana: Punjab Minister big statement
Punjab Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal reiterated on Sunday, and his state does not allow his state to release a single drop of water. In addition, he alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) -led center and the Haryana government were trying to ‘rob’ water. One day after the entire party meeting in Haryana, he received a statement, in which the Punjab government wanted to release unconditional water. Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini has targeted the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of Punjab and said that the Bhakra Bees Management Board (BBMB) to release the water was an attack on ‘anti -constitutional, inhuman’ and the federal structure of the Constitution.
Day -to -day conflict
The government has increased to refuse to provide more water to its neighboring state and the BJP government announcements between Punjab and Haryana. Haryana CM said that Saini saves Haryana’s ‘water right’. Punjab NRI affairs minister Dhaliwal said on Sunday that Chief Minister Bhagwant Man is fighting a portion of the state’s water. He said, ‘Just as the head of the house is saving every rupee to run the family of the house, as well as Punjab leader Bhagwant Singh Man is saving every drop of water for his farmers and Punjabs. The BJP government is trying to exploit it illegally. I will stand with my leader. We do not give a single drop of water.
Punjab accused Haryana
The Punjab Minister has targeted the Center for trying to get water from Bhakra Dam. Dhaliwal said, ‘This will not happen. Water is used for the farmers of Punjab and the agricultural sector and therefore we have no water and we cannot give more water. This water is being removed from us. We are Punjabi, Punjab’s sons Punjabi, we also pull the center and Haryana a single drop of water. The water partnership problem began when Punjab refused to provide more water to Haryana this year. The Punjab government said that Haryana had used 103 per cent of allocated to March. After this claim, the conflict increased further.
Rice seeds
The Punjab government has strongly objected to the decision of the Bakra Beas Management Board to provide more water to Haryana. The AAP government has also said that the upcoming rice seeds need water. Therefore, there is not a single extra drop left. CM Man said on Saturday that he did not tolerate Punjab threatening and that he had visited the Nangal Dam to prevent additional water. Haryana demanded 8,500 cusec water, while Punjab is already providing 4,000 cusec water on a humanitarian basis.
Meeting on water, Punjab edited
Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan presided over a high -level meeting in Delhi on Friday and advised Haryana to implement the BBMB decision to release 4,500 cusec water from the Bhakra Dam. To meet the state’s immediate water need, 100 percent water will be available in the next eight days. It was also admitted that BBMB would provide additional water to Punjab to meet the additional requirement of the state during the damn filling. However, the Punjab government boycotted the BBMB meeting on Saturday. The meeting was called after the Center suggested that additional water be released to Haryana.
The key of the dam is with the police!
BBMB Bhakra, Pong and Ranjit Sagar controls water partnership from dams. Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan partners are states that can meet their needs for various goals, including irrigation of Bhakra and Pang Dam. The AAP government on Saturday criticized the AAP government for deploying the Punjab police at Nangal Dam.
