Jabalpur IIITDM Girls Hostel Bathroom Viral Video: Madhya Pradesh’s valuable Indian information technology, design and manufacturing (IIITDM) Jabalpur’s BTECH student has registered a case. A BTECH second year student created a porn video in the bathroom and took the bath of his eldest and sent her to her boyfriend who lives in Delhi.
Student resides in Gonda in Maharashtra
The accused student Sarojini Tappo, who was accused of being a resident of Gonda in Gonda and living in the IIITDM’s women’s hostel, said the Kamaria Police Station in Tappo. The incident took place on Sunday morning, when the student was secretly caught when the video was taken to the bathroom.
Mobile and Cloud Deleted Video
According to the victim’s complaint, the police have taken immediate action and filed a case against the accused student and his boyfriend. After sending the video to her boyfriend, the accused removed it from both mobile and cloud, so there was no evidence.
Group sent to Delhi for the arrest of lover
Police seized the mobile and laptop of the accused student on Monday. Also, a police team has been sent to Delhi to arrest her boyfriend who lives in Delhi.
The case is recorded in several categories
In this case, a case has been registered under Section 354C of the Indian Penal Code (Having or Preparation of Video), 294 (Activity of Pornography), 500 (defamation), 509 (insulting women’s ITY Ravam) and sections of the Information Technology Act against the accused student and her boyfriend.
In this case, Asp Suryakant Sharma said that some students of the company had complained to the post of Dumuna Police.
Considering the severity of the case, the police are investigating electronic evidence. The company has also launched an internal investigation against the student.
