Raghav Sadha asks questions in the Rajya Sabha
Delhi: During a discussion in the Rajya Sabha on Thursday, the AAM Aadmi Party MP Raghav Sadha raised serious questions about the federal government’s policies on the entry of American company Starling, the US company, and the US -imposed fees for Indian goods. Chadha tried to clarify the government’s position on issues such as national security, data secret and its misuse of Starling. The discussion took place when the Government of India is preparing to issue a sturling license for broadband services in the country. Raghav Sadha said his questions were very strong and that India has always shown the friendship and loyalty of the United States. Recently, by amendment of the financial minister’s financial law, he said that if the Levy was balanced, it was beneficial to US companies such as Meta, Amazon and Google, but India caused a loss of Rs 3,000 crore. However, the Trump administration imposed a 26 per cent fee for Indian goods, which caused a major setback to the Indian economy. He said that this would be harmful to India, which would affect 50 to 100 base points in our GDP.
Indo-YUS
Raghav Sadha said we did everything to win the hearts of the United States, but instead of hitting 26 percent of the fees, it shocked the Indian economy. He looked at the India-American relations and said, “Good Chila, you have looted my love, the man of the house.
Starling was found near drug traffickers
During his speech, MP Raghav Sadha also cited some concern about Starling. During the war of Ukraine, Alan Mask said on social media, “Starling is the backbone of the Ukrainian army and that if I close it, the entire leading position will be destroyed.
Citing media reports, when I seized 6000 kg of synthetic drugs in Andaman a few months ago, Myanmar’s drug traffickers used the Starling satellite Internet to exercise. At the same time, when the Government of India asked for data and device information from Starling, the company refused to provide information on the Data Privacy Act.
How will the Government of India be handled
Raghav Sadha asked what the government is planning when a foreign company does not cooperate with India’s law and security companies. “He asked the government for two main questions – first, how the government dealt with opposition from companies like Starlink? Secondly, how the government will be dealt with with the misuse of satellite spectrum? His question is not against any company, but to strengthen India’s security, sovereignty and data policy.
