‘If you get blood, your stock will be too much …’

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Sunday made the Indian Indus Water Agreement suspended by Pakistani People’s Party leader Bhila as “provocative rhetoric”. Bhutto issued a statement on the suspension of the Indus Water Agreement
