Hungarian Opposition MEP, Better Magiar says a new law reaches it
A new bill issued on Friday at Budapest will allow the National Hungary Election Service to cancel the orders of European parliamentary representatives if it does not comply with financial transparency rules.
AdvertisementAccording to Magiar and a political commentator, a bill issued by representatives of the Hungarian government alliance on Friday night strengthens the transparency rules for the Fides-KDNP Mio and reaches Opposition Leader Peter Magger.
If approved, all Hungarian in the new law must reveal their financial assets in the Hungary Parliament just as their peers.
But the new law, as written, also imposes that MEPs do not comply with the new transparency duties and the cancellation of the National Election Office (NEO). The head of the National Election Office must send a letter to the President of the European Parliament, which will announce the cancellation of the sub -order.
Better Magiar says that the activities were sent to him
This process seems to have been designed to think about Better Magia, who founded the opposition Tissa a year ago. In a Facebook post on the weekend sent to Orban, he wrote: “I heard that it is increasingly tense and that it can actually take the task of finding a miraculous weapon for its court fools.”

Tal told Euronevs that the purpose of the new law was not to cancel Magier’s mandate or prevent next year’s elections, but to undermine his general image.

Allegations for abusing offer information
In February, the Central Research Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation into the transaction on the stock market for Better Magier in 2013. At the time, Magiar was a partner next to the Fiders Victor Arban party. Hungarian media has reported that Magiar has made a profit to millions of Hungians by selling participating in the richest man in Hungary, a few hours before the announcement of Messaros re -procurement campaign, prices have risen significantly. Magiar refused the allegations, describing them as a completely false, and that the Hungarian diary had a bank data that showed HVG money in stock transactions and that the dates of the transaction did not comply with the allegations.
Legal issues on new rules
According to social legal expert Tamas Latman, a European companion in the history of European parliament has not seen its mandate being canceled by one member states. National law cannot prevail more than social law, nor cannot be canceled in this way.
“The National Commission, Neo, decides to remove the decree from a European spouse, can be ignored by the European Parliament, because this order is not based on the decision of the election office,” Latman said. A spokesman for the European Parliament refused to comment on the national legislative programs in the project.
Magiar responds with a challenge to therban
