Poland law on abortion is one of the most restricted in Europe. Activists opened Poland’s first “abortion clinic” in Wars. It is located on the same street of Parliament.
Poland is one of the most prohibited access to abortion in Europe. Following the Constitutional Court’s decision on November 2020, abortion is only legal in two situations – pregnancy as a result of a violation or threat of women.

In Europe, abortion is legal and widespread. There are two exceptions in the EU: Poland and Malta. There are still restrictions on the right to have an abortion in three European countries: Monaco, Lichenstein and Antora. Abortion is the only European country that is illegal.
“A woman with unnecessary pregnancy goes to hell for abortion”
In the first days of the operation, about twenty women applied for Apodak’s “abortion clinic”. “We got more than 200 candidates on e -mail boxes or social networks. We are now organizing a calendar to respond to all this,” says Nadalia Bronozic, the creator of Abodak.
When asked who appears to them at the door, enthusiasts usually say they are young men and women, and they do not want to admit to their parents what is going on. They can do free pregnancy testing on the site.
“Sometimes women come and need information about what they are and what they are, because all the people in Poland do not know what law is,” Pronisik explains.
“For example, there were two little girls on Monday. They had already appointed medication and came here to refer to a time to come here on a certain day.
“I know that a woman with an unwanted pregnancy is going to hell for abortion,” says the activist.
“Abortion Clinic” is not a medical establishment

There are no nurses, doctors or psychologists on the site.
Sofia Jablonska, an activist working in Abotak, told EuroNius: “We will not work with lawyers, doctors or psychologists. This is where people say, ‘I have an unnecessary pregnancy.’
But due to Poland’s control laws in the field of abortion, the procedures that require fetal surgical removal will be performed abroad. Activists insist that they will help you organize traffic and financially if needed.
What is the pity of helping the “abortion clinic”?

Daily demonstrations
